They came in the middle of the night when my usual company couldn't/wouldn't get anybody to me. It ended up working out better for me that they didn't though, because they would have probably charged me an arm and a leg! I guess I have a new A/C company! RECOMMENDED! (Hide)

Notably good service experience. i will recommend them anytime. We've disregarded our old techs. Our a/c went out in our home on a Saturday evening about 9:30pm 07/15/2006. I searched the internet while my wife... (More) Our a/c went out in our home on a Saturday evening about 9:30pm 07/15/2006. I searched the internet while my wife looked through the yellow pages for repair and service. We got the same story after making several calls, either a tech will call us back or after actually speaking to a tech, they would say "it's to late and I've been working all day and I wouldn't be able to get parts until Monday". So I came across a number for Air Force 1 and they actually answered the phone on the 2nd ring. the person who answered the phone was knowledgeable and considerate and actually gave me some idea of what the problem was with the unit. We placed the call to them about 10:00 and the dispatcher was honest enough to tell us that it would be a couple of hours until a tech could respond. It was about 12:30-1:00am when we received a call that the tech was on the way. The tech arrived and was extremely knowledgeable. He pinpointed the problem within moments. Great business and coupons too!!! (Hide)
