So I called for a quote and provided accurate information in order to get a fixed price. Gave VIN numbers for vehicles, accident/ticket information (correct dates), etc. EVERYTHING! The price they gave me over the phone was great. I get there and... (More) So I called for a quote and provided accurate information in order to get a fixed price. Gave VIN numbers for vehicles, accident/ticket information (correct dates), etc. EVERYTHING! The price they gave me over the phone was great. I get there and it changed BIG TIME over $200 difference. (I bet it changed because they made their broker fee higher) My mom had her insurance there and they would charge her for everything! to make payments (yes to make a payment they charge and additional fee), to make any type of endorsement be it adding a vehicle, change of address, etc, ...basically stay away from Adriana's Insurance. Deal with the company yourself. YOU can very easily avoid all of their stupid fees by dealing with the company yourself. I ended up getting higher limits, better coverage, and the best customer service. It was WAY cheaper than what they were asking. DON'T BUY INSURANCE FROM HERE!  (Hide)

Carl, the smaller brokerage companies charge fees because they do not sell any reputable companies, and get really low commissions from the carrier. Hence, they have to stick it to the consumer to remain in business. You can always choose to not... Hence, they have to stick it to the consumer to remain in business. You can always choose to not pay it. People do not educate themselves when it comes to insurance. They charge fees for everything and offer very low coverages. They gave me a quote with $5,000 property damage, how many cars are worth more than $5,000!!! Guess who pays the amount over the $5,000? They should sell quality insurance policies

BIG Broker Fees? Hrrm You don't know how to negotiate. There is a lot of options. About the coverage. It is YOU who decides what coverage you want or need. Adriana's Insurance offers many different options, and it is what YOU chose.

Really Good Experience! They gave me a quote over the phone in less than 10 minutes. Then at the office they were so great, they found what I needed at a really good price!
