They are very unprofessional and just want to steal your money! They do not know one thing of good customer service. Every time I called 1 - 3 of their representatives hung up on me after I asked to talk to their supervisor. I'm not sure if they were scared or if they already knew who I was lol. They need a training with EVERYONE that works at that office because not only the representatives but supervisors don't know how to do their job right. They had me doing the run around so much. I almost had to do their job myself haha. They are associated with Affirmative Insurance and SCJ insurance or i'm not sure if they work for them but they are also VERY unprofessional. But anyway, I do not recommend anyone to ever go through a bad experience with adriana's insurance so I suggest to not ever in their life even think about getting this insurance. Trust me! (More) simply amazing! the best! we needed health insurance and we did our own research but ended up overwhelmed with what's all out there.Somehow, someway I found Adriana's. I used a broker for our new car and car insurance and it was a very good experience.So why not for health insurance? I contacted Adriana's and they responded within a day I believe and we scheduled a meeting.At the meeting I was introduced t my broker was very, very helpful. She went over in detail how health insurance works and what all the co-pay, co-insurance, etc. means. and it all made sense.. Long story short she found us a great plan for my husband that fit our budget (even was lower than what we expected!!) and a couple weeks later he got approved!yay! Love her style and love her service. She's also your rep so all questions, issues, etc go through her first. If you're looking for health insurance and/or clueless go to Adriana's asap. (More) I got insurance for my self over 1 year ago on my 83 toyota corolla, then my wife purchased a 92 nissan max, we when to ad the car on my policy. they recomended to have the policy under her name because it was goin to cheaper, because of my tickets. so we got both car insure under her policy money coming out of my bank account, I got my wife a 2009 toyota so back to adrianas and add the new car put me as a driver on her nissan and remove my old toyota, they said to keep it on the policy until I sell it. fine. a month later I sell the toyota, back to adrianas to make the change each time we go in is $50.00 so we verify everything is good me as driver of the 92 nissan wife driver 09 toyota, money still coming out of my account. I had a small accident on a rented uhaul truck I did purchase insurance so, I go file the claim with my insurance few day later the call me and tell me that I dont' i'm excluded and im not insured on any of my cars. this is wrong that they did. do not go there rip (Hide)
