They installed beautiful vinyl fence. Clean and fast. Fence looks great. Unfortunately, the Gate they installed settled wrong. The weight of a 14' gate pulled on the support post. The gate now rubs on top. They came out to repair twice. Did everything they could to fix without having to replace the crooked post. The problem is still there, and it looks bad from the street. It took months to get them to come back out. They have a horrible customer service. Whatever guys they have to do repairs are busy working on larger, more important customers. Furthermore, I paid them $150 to adjust a smaller gate once I had cement laid. They did the crappiest job ever. They mismatched the color and now I have a two-tone gate. The smaller gate only closes if you use two hands, one to close the gate, the other to hold open the latch so the gate closes properly. The sales guy who first worked with me ignores me all toghether. I'm not his problem anymore! (Hide)
