BEWARE! Protect Your Home's customer service is horrible and their practices deceptive. Protect Your Home's customer service is horrible and their practices deceptive. I arranged for a 12 month contract and then discussed with the installer and now they are charging me for 3 years to cancel! The installer was contracted so they disclaim liability. They also refused to escalate me to a manager as he "did not have time to speak with me" and when I asked for his number, their managers don't have numbers! I tried their live chat and was told they cant give me a manager's info due to privacy and I should call the customer line ... that same line that refused to give me the manager's info in the first place! DONT GET A SYSTEM FROM THIS COMPANY! The Gift Cards are a joke as well -they require your first bill to be sent with money orders for the cards - Protect Your Home would not send a bill despite requests so the $300 in gift cards went void! DECEPTIVE MARKETING, RUDE REPRESENTATIVES AND ALL AROUND HORRIBLE!  (Hide)
