The car I order on line wasnt available and I basically got the last car they had left. We lost our brakes going into the valley and after arguing with Ace we found our selves stuck for 15 hours in the cold and rain while the brakes were fixed at our expense. It has been a month since I returned the car and I still haven't received my $300.00 reimbursment. Runaround, bad contact numbers and now I'm suing. Apparently that will be very difficult considering almost no information is available on who to serve. $1500.00 for a dream trip all down the drain. I guess I should be glad we didn't die going off a cliff. (Hide)

The internet said the location was at the airport. In reality they had to take 2 shuttles to get there. The car was filthy inside and out. It was dented and missing a hub cap. I will NEVER book a Ace rental car again. (Hide)
