I told them no. then they called me and told me the o2 sensor was bad and would let me know how much it would cost to replace it. they called and said that it would cost $430.00 more for the o2 sensor and the cam sensor. at that time they told me the rad was leaking. they said it would cost $340.00 more to fix that. they also told me the o2 sensor and cam sensor would turn out the check eng light. then they called me and told me the trans repair would cost $3325.00 because there was hard parts in the trans that were bad and that the torque converter was bad. they said 4097.00. that would be all. I told then I had a coupon for 10% off service. I asked them what the total would be they told me $4247.09. the light was on and they wanted to charge me more to fix that. stay away from this shop. So after going to a Honda in Escondido I called AAMCO I got a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty Travis was way helpful. I got on the road for hundreds under Honda with a better warranty and they helped me with setting up an inspection when I got home at my AAMCO in Washington. I'm sold on AAMCO I received independently owned service by a locally owned automotive service provider with a national service network. AAMCO in Escondido California and AAMCO in Tacoma Washington are just what I needed confidence in a name I've known all my life. Double AA Beep-Beep M-C-O is without question my kinda place. I saw a little note on Escondido's website I agree with "Why Would You Go Anywhere Else?" And I'm telling my friends. Thank you AAMCO (Hide)

My dealer (where I have almost all my car stuff done) wanted over $4000.00 to fix my transmission - I took it to the AAMCO in Irondale on Crestwood and for almost half the price - They fixed my car and gave great service - it actually took LESS TIME then they originally thought - HHMMM - Under the estimate and fixed a day earlier than promised - GREAT SERVICE AAMCO!!! I'll tell everyone I know! AAMCO Irondale ROCKS!:) (Hide)
