But, they gave me only one name in Omaha of a cosmetic dentist. When I called the dental office, I explained that I really wanted to be seen by someone that I would have a great deal of confidence in -- I have a great dentist but he doesn't specialize in cosmetic dentistry. The office then offered to schedule me for a consult. When I tried to gather additional info, they admitted that they were scheduling me with their newest dentist who graduated in 2008 and not somone with a lot of experience like I requested.  (Hide)

I had a great experience. They met all of my needs and were a very upscale practice. A little more high dollar than ii wanted but the quality is superior. A little more high dollar than ii wanted but the quality is superior. Besides I did not want someone to over sell me on things I did not need. I also did not want to come out with gigantic horse teeth. As a matter of fact I asked them about their qualifications of the dentists and and the screening process. It is pretty extensive including checking to make sure they carry malpractice insurance. Sounds like to me that you just had a bad experience. Sometimes if you wait to the last minute to take care of things, no one can meet your needs. Instead of complaining on this web site, maybe you should report the dentist if you feel like they were not up to par with your standards. Of coarse, if you have high standards you most likely would have a regular dentist anyway. I just moved and it was a great experience.  (Hide)

It must be true about this company referring people to dentists who pay them to because I definately don't think they pre-screen these guys based on the places they've sent me and my family to. I totally disagree with the previous reviews. They must have been written by someone angry that they could not get an appointment that day. I feel that a great dentist doesn't have an opening right away. If they do there is a problem. So what if... (More) I totally disagree with the previous reviews. They must have been written by someone angry that they could not get an appointment that day. I feel that a great dentist doesn't have an opening right away. If they do there is a problem. So what if you have to travel. Great things are usually worth it. If you were looking for something close you most likely drive by a dentist every day. You just were not looking until you needed something. The dentists listed are extreamly qualified. Check out Dr. Causey. He may pay for the service but so does every dentist that advertises in the paper, billboards, TV. How else would you know where to find him. If you prefer to select your dentist while driving down the interstate then be my guest. At least with 1800 Dentist I can check the dentist out. He is totally check out by 1800. I hate when people bash things that they don't really understand. You should have gone to Dr. Causey. He is worth the drive. He is very qualified, caring and gentle.  (Hide)

1-800-DENTIST only recommended dentists that pay them for the referrals. They are not referring you to the best dentist only the very few dentists that will sign a contract with them... They only recommend Doctors who pay them. They wanted me to see a Dentist a long distance away from me.

Excellent service. Very courteous and polite. Did everything possible to help my situation and eventually after much searching she found an office for me. Highly Recommended! A++
