Avoid this place people! I do not recommend it AT ALL! I went in to take my laptop to basacally be cleaned out (to start new; as if it was new out the box) they charged me $50 and said it would take 2 hours. They never bothered to call me to mention it needed something else done, they notified me once I went in to the store to "pick up" the laptop I got there and they said it would be another 2 hours, I drove home and called 2 hours later and when I asked if it was ready the man LAUGHED AND SAID NO, and that I could pick it up Monday (I dropped it off on a Saturday). In addition to all that I had to take it back because it wasnt able to recieved wifi. Long story short, I had to go into the store about 4-5 times plus I ended up paying them $90 plus trading in an old laptop I had. Just so that 2 weeks later it crashes. I took it in because I was told I had 30 day warrenty they ended up saying the laptop was no longer "good" in addition to that they RUFUSED TO GIVE ME THE LAPTOP BACK! They said "its not good anyways" They arent afraid to rip you off! Plus all employees are very rude if you try to complain or ask questions. Please avoid this store. Its not worth your time nor money.

Seriously they worked on my phonetic fix a button then broke my speaker when they fixed it. I took off work to have it fixed and waited 2 1/2 hours to have it fixed and when I came back to pick it up the said it will be 5 more minutes I'm almost done only to tell me 20 minutes later they didn't have time to fix it! So basically I have to come back some other time. Problem is I live thirty minutes away!!! And already waited 2 1/2 hours!!!! I don't recommend this place they will cost you time and money!
