I love the mail room, they have a huge selection of shipping materials more than you will find in any other store in the area. I think the man is very helpful, the women are a little less friendly for store clerks..but I would still recommend them.

Hello, my name is Lebron Burton, owner of The Mail Room. Yes, I wear tie dye as I love color. That color includes red, white and blue! I have many family members that I'm proud to say serve in the United States Military. I'm proud to be an american and proud that the previous reviewer has the right to free speech. I only wish that he would speak directly to me or at least sign his post so I could reach out to him. I went to mail a flat rate box to my brother in the 116th in Iraq. I was treated like a sick nauseating person because this hippy hates America and hates American Solders and yes he told me so! This PIG of a man looks like he needs a bath, a shave, and a serious “Ass beaten”! Go any place but here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my box to the Mail Room and was given a price for UPS ground & FedEx ground. I felt both were too high a price to ship, so I said thank you and left. Later that day I realized that I must get it sent off. I went to the UPS service center near the mall, and guess what. UPS was more than twice the price at the Mail Room. Thank God I left when I did. The candles are nice, but thats' it. I suggest that you ship ANY PLACE other than the Mail Room and just buy the candles there.

Charged me to leave a prepaid package for Fedex pickup. I would never go to this establishment again! I could have had FEDEX pickup at my door for tree. $1 convenience fee? If they had done anything that would be different. Steer clear unless you want to pay for something you don't need.
