Made a $1500 purchase 10/2006 for Xmas delivery. Paid 1/2 . Saleman "forgot" to place order.
No Christmas delivery possible of chairs ordered in Oct/2006. Chairs won't be delivered for two more months due to... (More) No Christmas delivery possible of chairs ordered in Oct/2006. Chairs won't be delivered for two more months due to salesman mistake. We learned of error in December. Store never called. Our Futon mattress is available before Xmas, (part of our order) but means two deliveries. Store plans to charge $70 each for two deliveries. $70 now and $70 when chairs are ready two months from now, although mistake was their own. Spent $2000 with this store in June/2004. Store has no loyalty toward good paying customer and would make no concession on delivery charge  (Hide)
