The old man here is cranky and looks down his nose at people he decides he doesn't like then looks for reasons to refuse service to those people.

Very bad service Very Bad!! Shipping costs are $10 to $20 more than the shipping companies charge!! Stamps are over 10 cents more than any where else!! Advertised on EBay as a drop off place for Fedex and USPS they do not accept any drop offs!!! I got treated very rudely from a older gentleman working there he told me he only will accept if you are a paying costumer!! I spend over $400 dollars a year in the store on packaging and shipping and I am not a paying costumer. I will never spend my money it that store again!!!

Wow..I've been a patron of Pack and Ship. Ive never had anything but excellent service. And a far as price....LOL I'd rather pay a dollar or two more for a book of stamps then spend an hour at the post office,.Illegal price mark up? LOL...Its a retail business. How could they possibly provide postal and shipping services without a mark up? Have some of you people ever bought popcorn at a movie theater? Have you ever been to a convenience store? You could get a candy bar at a grocery store for a lot cheaper...yes. But to avoid the parking lot struggle. The long lines filled with people struggling with coupons. I would rather pay for the convenience.This concept is not unheard of people. llegal retail? Lol grow up.

Yes, they are busy. That's because they're the only place in town that offers so many services. I've had my business mailbox and personal mailbox there for several years now. The staff is top notch and the service is only slow when the store is packed. Guess what. That's the same for every store. It is a great place!
