AMAZING! I am from Springfield, MO nearly 3 hours away and Israel Diamond Supply is completely worth of drive. I am a researcher by nature and I didn't want to get ripped off on my engagement ring. My fiancé and I knew we didn't want to go with the chain retail jeweler so we started with some stores around Springfield, Joplin, Eureka Springs, etc. We literally have been researching for 6 months. Someone recommended we try Israel Diamonds and we are so happy that we did. The customer service was hands down the best we have received from anywhere! They truly took the time to get to know us as a couple and figure out what we would like and could afford. They educated us on diamonds and how to look at them for imperfections. They took their time, stayed late, and when it came down to pulling out our wallet we hesitated. The owner came out and told us he didn't want us to buy anything we were unsure about. He told us to go home and give him a call personally if we wanted to continue. Absolutely no pressure and genuine salesmen. About the ring, we didn't find "THE ONE" while we were there. My husband and I were lucky to have Rena assist us in the purchase of a solitaire engagement ring. After 35 years of marriage my husband decided to get me an "official" engagement ring. I was looking for a marquis type stone. He started researching information on diamonds and we visited many other stores in Tulsa. My husband bought my engagement ring here and I love it. The staff worked well with him and sold him a beautiful ring. We returned to buy our wedding bands after much looking elsewhere. They will gladly clean your rings free of charge when you stop by. They do the best cleaning of any jewelry store I have been in. The ring looks brand new again. The last time I was in they told me I should have my white gold ring dipped to make the silver more silver because the silver color of white gold tends to turn yellow after a while. We asked how much they charge for this and they said that it was complimentary with the purchase. We were shocked. The customer service is great. It has been three years since we married and we went in the store a few months ago for the first time in over a year and they still remember my husband and me, him from when he picked out my ring and details that he told them about the big night. They are a great business & I would recommend anyone!!!
