They promised an active alarm system that was better than a code alarm system. When we brought the car in for the... (More) They promised an active alarm system that was better than a code alarm system. When we brought the car in for the appointment, we waited for over 5 hours. Then they said the promised system was not in house. So, They promised to install an even better ($285+) system. We waited another 5+ hours for this "Upgraded" system to be installed. The next day, we inspected the installation and were surprised to find the installed system was a cheap ($25, yes twenty-five) passive system. In addition, the loudspeaker was only attached with one screw (a drywall screw). The other screw did not fall out, it was never there. Not even a screw hole. When confronted with this, they started berating and threatening us. They even accused us removing the screw (never-mind that there was no screw hole). We were afraid to leave our car with them again for fear of retaliation. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!
