Janos is owned and operated by Janos and Rebecca Wilder on the grounds of the Westin La Paloma Resort in Tucson, Arizona. Since its opening in 1983 in a Landmark adobe home in downtown Tucson, Janos has received national and international acclaim for original, trend setting cuisine that marries the sensibility and subtlety of French cooking techniques with the ingredients of the American Southwest. Inspired by an array of local growers and using ingredients that have been cultivated in this region for the past 2000 years, the restaurants create beautiful dishes bursting with the rich, piquant flavors of the territory.
