We recently had tile put in our home. Just wanted to compliment the tile installers on their excellent work. Also the two men who came on Monday 2/13/12 to finish up the carpet work were efficient and excellent in their work. We will definitely use your company services again. Marvelous Work Express Flooring! Great experience from beginning to end. Express Flooring asked if I would share my experience and I am happy to do so. We just bought a new home this September. This was my husband and I first fixer-upper. Express Home Services SAVED the day!! Thank you team express for next day installation. We had originally contracted another flooring company to re-carpet and tile a new home we purchased. It was slightly our fault for waiting too long to choose a product. But, when we finally did, it seemed like everything we chose was 3-4 days order time or not enough in-stock. Luckily we saw an Express Home Services work truck a couple doors down from our home. Naturally we called them immediately hoping they could save the day. Express sent a design consultant to our home the same day only a few hours after we called. The design consultant brought a truck load full of products we could have installed the next day. Our consultant was able to match the samples we selected from another company with similar products Express had in-stock. I called Express Flooring for a quote on new carpet and laminate flooring. I already had two other bids and thought I should get a 3rd after seeing a Express Flooring commercial on TV. I was able to get a much better price on carpet and also took advantage of their price match program for the laminate flooring I selected from another company. My job was estimated has a 3 day project and it was completed within estimated time frame. Jordan & John did an amazing job on install....thank you boys! Wow! Thank you Express for a job well done! I called Express Flooring earlier this week for a free estimate. My wife and I saw their commercial on TV for free installation carpet sale. We honestly didn't believe they were really giving away free installation....haha. However, after getting 2 more bids the next few days, the price from Express Flooring was considerably lower than 2 other bids. This is a pretty good sign installation was actually free!! Our goal was to save money and get new carpet before New Years.....goal successful thanks to Next Day Installation provided by Express Flooring commercial division.
