Manipulative sales associate who used theatrics and major pressure to try to get us to buy.

(More) Worked out a great price on the Sedona but when they couldn't give us an acceptable amount for our trade in, we said we'd have to sell the vehicle on our own and come back. We asked if they would honor the price we had negotiated until the end of the month (9 more days) and they said no, it was only good then. Then the sales associate proceeded to tell us that we had wasted his time and that he had missed two other appointments during our appointment. He laid on a heavy guilt trip and was very insulting to our face so we left. Don't think we'll be going there again and we won't be speaking favorably of our experience to anyone we know.  (Hide)
