Tom Wyatt accepted our final payment and then filed chapter 11 two days later knowing perfectly well we would never see our cabinets. We have been without a kitchen for over six weeks now! No oven, no sink, no counters and all during the Christmas season while my 80 year-old mother was visiting from out of the country! We have met with him nearly every day possible and it is always another lie. He is going to get a loan from his bank. He will get the money from other clients who owe him from past jobs. His son will co-sign a loan. Don't believe anything this person tells you. He will take your money to pay off other debts and leave you and your contractor hanging. His sons don't seem to know a thing about the business and his wife has dissappeared since this happened to us. What ever deal they say they can get you, don't believe it. Go to someone, anyone else!
