They claim we cannot donate because we live in temporary housing even though I brought in a 12 month lease proving otherwise. We happen to live next door to a group home, but have lived in our house for 4 years now. They are mindless automatons. My family has fallen on hard times and we really needed this money. So essentially their faulty computer system, and employee's inability to think for themselves just ruined Christmas.
