when I go down to the barn, they never have parts for my helicopter in stock, so i figure I will come back in a week and check again and its still out of stock. They don't mind ordering it from towerhobbies, but I want the part now and if i wanted to wait i would order it from the internet myself. That place is going to go under...

Bought a RC heli with open box. Before purchasing I asked about condition and was assured that everything was included and worked fine. When I opened box at home, I discovered battery and instructions were missing. Went back to store and they found a new battery (strange b/c when I asked to buy an extra battery at inital purchase they didn't have any). I asked to see heli work w/new battery it would not even spin the blade! Asked for refund and was told "in-store credit only". Since they forgot to provide a reciept with my purchase (credit slip only) they reluctantly gave me refund. Thank Goodness because I won't go back.

you check the battery first thing.... not week later.. I wouldnt take it back!! Love hobby barn.

iI purchased a expensive Lipo battery for my Heli and soon as I put it on the charger I found out the battery was bad. Wife took it back a week later (I was out of town) and owner refused to exhange it or give a credit.Spent thousands in the place over the year, they have my last dime, they will not stand behind the products they sell. Had there been a warning about no returns or exchanges I would have purchased from XHeli.com, where they do stand behind their products..e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
