Starting my eq rental thru BCBS was delayed 2x's by Apria. Final 3rd attempt again, wrong equipment,. They went ahead with rental given it was stll incorrect eq. Billing has been a constant fun experence, many phone calls to my insurance and Apria in three different citys, stll unresolved. Apria could of called my Insurance Co.to assist but did not. It was up to me, every painfull contact. I also tried to swap out the gear since it beeped with error codes . I was told by a rude woman, "we will put you on a waiting list for home repair service, but our tech may not have the eq you need when her arrives". What????I rented the same eq. and more thru Walgreens for years with out a major issue. Walgreens were alway willing to come out to our home. (I am quite ill, and driving is dangerous).Im returning the eq to apria, I give up. Wish your luck is better than mine was. (Hide)

(More) I am a health care provier and was referred to Apria for my personal home care needs. I faxed them an order from my physician on 3 occasions and they said they never received it. I found them incompetent, notified my insurance company and I will not refer my patients there. (Hide)
