They treated us with the upmost respect and took the time to truly understand our needs. Their staff has always been prompt and courteous to us. Their service providers has been friendly and knowledgable. I have a scooter that had been serviced by 4 other shops and they NEVER found the problem. Several hundred dollars later it was still presenting a problem. After American Mobility got it and found the problem I have had no more break downs. Now, for those of you who NEED your scooters you know how hard it is to let them go to the shop. Trust me it was worth having them check it out and get it fixed once and for all for me.
