EVERYTHING is always wonderful! I was very pleased with Sunny & her daughter, Trista and all their assistance, care and professionalism!
I found them to be very responsive to my needs and I really feel they went above and beyond what was required of them! I called several other companies for a lift chair and not one of them was friendly on the phone and NONE offered to bring fabric samples to me in my home! Trista did!!
She brought the fabric samples, I chose the one I wanted, and from the day of my first phone call to the day my lift chair was delivered was less then 7 days!! Not only that, but when Trista and her mom, Sunny delivered my lift chair, they helped by moving some other items for me!
Recently, I ordered a hospital bed that they brought out the same day, in the evening after business hours, I might add!
I just cannot say enough good things about Sunny, Trista and Accurate Mobility! I have been a client for over 3 years now and highly recommend them!

I recently called Accurate Mobility looking for a wheelchair for my 93 year old mother. I was so frustrated after speaking to several other companies, who all made me feel like I was interrupting their day by having to answer the phone!
But from the moment Sunny answered the phone at Accurate Mobility, I knew it was going to be a different experience! She is just such a joy to talk too. She is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and more then willing to do whatever she could to help ease my frustration.
Her daughter delivered the wheelchair that same day (after 3 other companies said it would be anywhere from 3 to 5 days for delivery) and went over every detail with my mother, a demanding and tough cookie who is none to pleased about using a wheelchair; however, Trista was equally friendly and knowledgeable and more patient then anyone who we have come into contact with since my mother's progressive illness.
I am very pleased to recommend Sunny and Trista and Accurate Mobility! (Hide)
