My father received a RX from his Doctor for a Power Chair, & after calling several other companies, including... (More) My father received a RX from his Doctor for a Power Chair, & after calling several other companies, including Accurate Mobility, we knew our search was over! Trista answered the phone in a friendly, pleasant voice & provided us, with more information than we had even thought to ask! She & her mother, Sunny came to our home the following day, AT NO CHARGE, to save us a trip to their store, & brought with them not 1, but 3 pwr chrs for my father to try! They were at our home for OVER 2 hrs, doing the home evaluation & making sure that we were COMPLETELY at ease with the process we were going to go through! They left no question unanswered! They even left one of the pwr chrs for my father to borrow at no charge while the paperwork was completed by the Dr., 8 days later, my father rcvd the pwr chr he chose, from the suggested one¿s that Sunny discussed with my family...that she felt would best meet his needs. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Accurate Mobility to anyone in need!! (Hide)

EVERYTHING is always wonderful! I was very pleased with Sunny & her daughter, Trista and all their assistance, care... (More) EVERYTHING is always wonderful! I was very pleased with Sunny & her daughter, Trista and all their assistance, care and professionalism!
I found them to be very responsive to my needs and I really feel they went above and beyond what was required of them! I called several other companies for a lift chair and not one of them was friendly on the phone and NONE offered to bring fabric samples to me in my home! Trista did!!
She brought the fabric samples, I chose the one I wanted, and from the day of my first phone call to the day my lift chair was delivered was less then 7 days!! Not only that, but when Trista and her mom, Sunny delivered my lift chair, they helped by moving some other items for me!
Recently, I ordered a hospital bed that they brought out the same day, in the evening after business hours, I might add!
I just cannot say enough good things about Sunny, Trista and Accurate Mobility! I have been a client for over 3 years now and highly recommend them!
