I ordered flowers from a trusted online floral company and they subbed the order out to P.J.'s Garden Exchange. The... (More) I ordered flowers from a trusted online floral company and they subbed the order out to P.J.'s Garden Exchange. The flowers looked NOTHING like the one's I ordered and when I contacted P.J's.. they passed the buck off onto the online company stating that the payment I made was not what they were paid for the bouquet and that I got what they got paid.. getting a cheaper set of flowers.. But that wasn't my problem.. (I understand flowers are substituted for out of stock flowers).. My problem was that the Bouquet looked NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ORDERED and the flowers they did use looked like it was thrown together by a 6 yr. old and had nothing but a couple of cheap flowers and mostly greens... The man who took the call was very rude and kept stating I got flowers for the amount of money that was paid.. and not hearing or taking credit for that the flowers were cheap and POORLY decorated.! That was my main problem.. They were POORLY decorated. NO guaranteed on there part as stated on their website. I would not recommend using them unless you see first hand what is going to be sent out.  (Hide)
