Since 1992, Greg Cholakis has dedicated his practice of law to the criminal justice field, representing individuals who've become entangled in our criminal justice system. He dedicates the preparation necessary to zealously represent his clients, and is thorough and aggressive in the courtroom. Because of this, he more often negotiates from a position of strength. This can mean a better plea bargain when a particular case calls for a plea bargain. And when a case should go to trial, it means he isn't afraid to take your case before a jury, because he's been there many times before, and has won numerous acquittals.
