The customer service was abysmal. First, the customer service rep never notified me about the phone requirements... (More) The customer service was abysmal. First, the customer service rep never notified me about the phone requirements before booking the appt. I waited all day, and the system couldn't be installed. After rescheduling, the tech never showed up the second time. Of course, they still billed me my monthly charge for a service they never activated! What a mess...I've decided to go with another security company after dealing with the hassle of Broadview. (Hide)
