The store manager is awful! Presents herself like a slob and isn't the least bit professional. I witnessed her treat an employee disrespectfully and will never go back. Good job keeping her as manager for years. It goes to show the corporation can care less about the Torrington store. Do yourself a favor! Shop elsewhere. You will save yourself a headache and you won't have to witness the poor behavior in person!!
