when Sean showed up here his main concern was getting the water back on for my family {not getting paid ] My experiance with Sean and all of the guys who worked either for Banner water or with him to take care of the problem was outstanding.Great quality work at a great price. We had banner replace our tank and culligan system. He quoted me a fair price. I told him I did not have all the money to pay. He said he knew where I lived and didn't think I would run away. They installed the new tank and system quickly and cleanly. We did not pay as quickly as I would have liked and they were very patient. A year later we had a water problem. Sean sent one of the guys out who replaced the pump and had us back in business. Again they have been patient with payments. I refer them constantly in my business and have NEVER been disappointed. Call Sean!

Had Banner out to look at my water treatment system and they did some maintenance on the system and got everything running efficiently again. Very knowledgeable and explained to me how everything worked. Very good to work with.

I also had a problem with an unnamed company in Stafford Springs. After spending $2,400 on a water softening system that did not work, I had to use a consumer advocate and the state Dept. of Consumer Protection to get my money back. The other company had told me to wait out the red water, Banner didn't leave until we were crystal clear. System continues to work without a hitch for less. A few years later our well pump died. I called Banner Water from work and by the time I got home I had a new well pump and a reasonable bill. I would also add they were very understanding and considerate about working with me on many small payments over a long period of time. So to summarize, choosing the wrong company can be a nightmare. Banner Water is honest, fast, they do high quality work, and they are very considerate in collecting on the bill. I am writing this review today because I just recommended them to my mom.

WE LOVE SEAN AND HIS TEAM! Thought we had a problem with our pump,called the company who installed it. They suspected a clogged jet, but couldn't find our well (not on our house specs) and said they would probably have to come back with a backhoe and dig up our yard. After friends' recommendations I called Sean, who came right out to check it. He was AWESOME! He diagnosed a leak in our well, and after some searching, suspected where our well was, and gave us a quote. Came out on Saturday with Ed, found our well which was buried 8 feet down and unmarked (!!) leaking so badly the ground around it was literally pouring water, fixed everything and all while my 2 kids watched in fascination. He had our water running the same day, was true to his word on cost, and Ed was just Fabulous! Thank you for such a positive experience! Hi everyone, I just wanted to say that Sean and Banner Water are THE ABSOLUTE BEST. We had an issue with another company in Stafford Springs, that will remain nameless, and we called Banner after we calmed down, and Sean was wonderful. The removed and installed a pump with no issues. We go out money back from the other company, minus the labor, but we should have taken our time and remembered how close Banner was. Banner Water fixed my entire well water system: new pump, tank and pipe in the well. Sean called me back within an hour of leaving a message and came out the same day - based on my schedule and availability. He inspected the system and he identified the issues quickly and provided an accurate and very fair quote for the work. We are in the process of buying a new home with a well & have no knowledge of water treatment systems and how to manage high sodium content. Banner Water to the rescue! When my well pump failed on a Friday night, I made the wrong call to a competing water company. 3 days and thousands of dollars later I was left with a hack job, still without adequate water and being extorted for thousands more to do the job right after all. I then called Banner Water. Sean and his staff immediately went to work to get my water up and running properly. They completed the job THE RIGHT WAY THE FIRST TIME and for less (!!!) than the competition charged me to get it wrong. I am unbelievably impressed by Seans sense of urgency, the quality of his work and his dedication to his customers satisfaction. I highly recommend Banner Water! My only regret is that I did not call them sooner.

I had banner come out to my house a year ago today to replace the system in my house. I had just bought the house, it had been foreclosed and everything was "winterized" they came in and actually recommended using the current system and just replacing the pump. Before replacing it Sean tried to use the same one I had (after adding some teflon tape) and it still works today. Ben came by the next day and cleaned everything up, it looks great and cost me 200 rather than the thousands of dollars I would have spent.Highly recomended . AJ Tolland Ct

I had a radon system installed by banner. They told me the levels were fine, after my son was sick i decided to get the radon indep. Tested. It was twice the legal limit!! Which means they took tampered with or took a phony test...i would watchout for them considering they have no consideration for your familys well being and health.

We have had Banner Water replace our heating sysytem, well pump, hot water system and various other plumbing jobs over the last three years. They have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. We will never use any other company to work on our home. They have gone above and beyond countless times. They have always come out same or next day, been understanding about payment plans, and made us feel like friends. When we had a water pump problem after Hurricane Irene, I called Sean at Banner Water at 6 a.m. and he got right back to me. He said he would call again once he got to the office at 8 a.m. and he did. Ben was there that same afternoon and installed a new water pump. They were very efficient and when they said they would call - they did! I really liked that! I would highly recommend them!

We had problems with our water for twenty years (mostly high iron content, like most of Tolland). Sean came in with a new system that has worked great for the past 7 or 8 years. It is sooo great to have good water after years of dealing with sludge! Price is reasonable, great people to do business with. My only worry is that he will leave town and we will have nowhere to turn for the kind of service he provides. I have recommended him to several others in town and all are ecstatic that they used his service.

Our well ran dry one afternoon so we called Stavens, who originally installed our pump. We left a message for them, but they had left for the day and I guess they don't check their voice mail after hours. So we called Banner and he came right over. He diagnosed the problem immedieately, replaced the pump, and we had running water before dark all ON THE SAME DAY. And Sean Banner did this all in a pleasant manner and with a smile on his face. We would recommend him in a heartbeat and will definitely use him again. (SIDENOTE: The original installer, Stavens, finally called at 9:30 a.m. the next day and all he grumpily asked was what we were charged. You snooze, you lose, Stavens.)
