These people have no clue, worst service and general "people" awareness ever, its worth going out of your way to get the service and care you deserve.

I needed flowers for a very, very small wedding. There are no attendants, thats how small this weddingf is. Anyway, I went to Flowers by Donna, I was greeted by a man in an apron with shears in his hands. I asked to speak to someone about flowers for a wedding. He looked at me like I was from another planet, then finally said that I'd need an appointment for this. I said allright, and asked for an appointment for tomorrow.He began quoting their hours for Saturday. I asked for an earlier appointment, he looked very puzzled. So I asked if they were going to be able to handle my needs or should I go elsewhere? He appeared relieved and stated "Yes" I should find another florist! Is this how people stay in business? I'm shocked! I didnt believe this was a hard task. Maybe it's me but I thought a business wanted -people to use their services. Hmmm. Isnt that how you make money???

I was making my own wrist corsage for my son's girlfriend. Owner let me go in the cooler and pick my own flowers than she showed me how to make the corsage. Very Friendly.
