terrible, medical staff and office staff are unhelpful and genuinely rude most of the time. good luck getting an appointment.

I recetly went there because I had an insect bite that made my foot swell. The doctor spent a total of maybe 2 minutes with me gave me a script and that was it. i took the medicine and ended up in the ER. To make a long story short the ER doctor doesn't know why he gave me the medicine he did and he should have done an XRAY because the infection could have went into the bone. This is NOT the first time I go there and end up in the ER. I would NOT waste my time nor money. The family doctor clinic in Thibodaux is not about the patients and their needs it about how many patients they can see in one day and how much money they can make in one day. PS I'm not the only one they threw to the curb in order to make money!!
