Guardian Computer Systems is a great company that is growing rapidly. The employees there can handle the quick growth. They always make time for me no matter how busy they are.

I took my laptop in here for a hinge replacement. Took way longer than promised and has turned into a nightmare. Went to get it and found plastic that covers the hinges won't stay closed. They keep popping open. Frame that goes around the screen is coming off at bottom. He argued with me that its not broken though it wouldn't stay snapped together and was broken. Had to argue the point again with him a few days later in a call. Said he'd have the owner cal me. No call came. 6 days later I have to call. The owner tells me they can put adhesive and tape on it. His story started changing and didn't match what the tech had told me.He said it was that way when I brought it in. I went and got it. Looks like they tried to glue it. It now pops when you open and shut it also. I have taken it to another shop for a repair estimate. There are too many places in town. I advise looking around and going elsewhere so you don't end up like me. I have attached pics. They dont stand behind their mistakes
