We went in looking for a fridge. They had a large selection. We found one we liked, the salesman was very help. He even pointed out a small dent in the front that wasnt even noticeable but took quite a bit off for it.

I will NEVER shop at this establishment again! I had an issue with my oven and believed the element was out, I wanted to patron at a local business, so I went to Ace Washer. The gentleman that helped me was really nice and seemed really helpful. He gave me the part I needed and told me if I had ANY issues to come back and see him and it would be taken care of. I replaced the element, only to have my over still unusable. I attempted to return the element to receive my $50 back, only to be told I can ONLY have store credit, which was NOT what I was told on the original visit. I was then told that I should have just had my old element tested, WHICH WAS NEVER MENTIONED!!! How do I know that is even possible?! When I mention this, the same gentleman that helped originally tells me he doesn't always mention that, well of course not, then how could you rip someone off for $50 for a part you paid MAYBE $10. I will be buying a new oven, but guess who it won't be from. I'm a single mother and full time student. I've learned a very valuable lesson. That I should have bought the same exact part off of Amazon for only $20. Lesson learned, thanks Ace Washer!! I hope you enjoy your $40 of profit, I'll be sure to mention to my daughter how she couldn't go on her school field trip because you guys needed the money more.

Customer service is wonderful! They are customer oriented for sure. I won't buy an appliance from anywhere else from now on. Service is affordable and very good!

Don't buy parts from them! They lie to get you in the store and try to sell you repair service instead!



Our dryer quit working last week and we went through an online troubleshooter, which showed a bad thermistor. I called Ace washer and was told they had one left and they would put my name on it for pick-up. After driving 60 miles the salesman said they didn't have the part in stock, and wanted to check the old part which we had brought in.

He said he thought it was good and wanted 40.00 to diagnose the problem, if I was to bring the dryer in.. I told them I just wanted the part that was supposed to be on hold for me. He told me he made a mistake, but could order one for me for 35.00. When we told him we would order one online, he got mad and threw the part at us and stomped off muttering.

We ordered the part online for 14.99 with free shipping, installed it and the dryer came right on! Easy fix!

Won't do business with Ace Washer again!

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Over priced and act like they are doing you a favor by being there. Made the mistake of going there twice. Shame on me. Won't be a third.

This is THE best place to buy appliances. Not only do the staff really know the merchandise, but they are honest, helpful, and patient with customer questions. I've never had better customer service at any store anywhere!

We have purchased several appliances from Ace Washer Supply over the past 10 years, and have been completely happy with them. We have a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. All work splendidly. Best of all, the customer service at this store is superb. The staff really know their products, and the free delivery, set up, and hauling away of the old appliance is a great deal. I am so happy to have a LOCALLY-OWNED appliance company that I can trust.

It is all about the service.... The chains do not give you the service you get at Ace..... I will never buy an appliance anywhere else....
