We use these guys all the time, they do everything they can to help. In spite of clients who want to wait forever to make a choice then want it now. In the construction business you are often held hostage to distributors and manufacturers. If they do not get the product to you in a timely fashion the client blames you. They get it and we get it. It sucks. Yet these ladies still put a smile on their faces and persevere. I have NEVER had any problems with this company and that is why we use them every time we have a garage door install.

We have been waiting three weeks to have someone come out and fix our lift. Finally scheduled for this afternoon and they no show. I highly recommend finding another installer.

Kenna was so polite and helpful! I had no idea what I needed for my door and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. The price she gave me was very fair and she got a technician to my house the same day! I don't know who those other people talked to but it wasn't Kenna. Maybe they had a temp that day or something. I highly recommend this company. Just ask for Kenna next time.

I would agree that the woman that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. But the guy that comes out is very professional. If the woman that answers the phone could either be replaced or have an attitude adjustment, Palousek would be second to none.

The lady that runs the office is very rude. Would not recommend.

Great Job!!! These guys were ontime, and really easy to work with. I had a wireless control for the outside of my garage door installed and it was done on time and at a fair price. Would recommend them to all.
