They have been nothing but dependable and courteous over the 12 years we have had their service. Never missed, always great service. Don't understand all these negative reviews. Give them a try!

I have a glowing rating for Countryside since I have been with them for 12 years since I moved to Monroe. From the men who pick up our trash to the office staff, they are the best.

I just signed up with this service and the 2nd week they missed my trash. I called to get the trash pick-up rescheduled and she said she would call me back to "investigate" why it wasn't picked up. Didn't hear anything after 4 hours so I called back. She had no new information for me but told me that she would get an answer to me before end of day. Guess what? Never heard back from her.

That following Monday I had enough and called in to cancel. The lady on the phone told me that they had no notes of me ever calling to complain. She also told me that cancelling because they didn't pick up my trash is not a valid reason. She told me that she would let the office manager know of my request to cancel. I have full reason to believe the office manager will never receive that information. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and was of ZERO help.

I reported this company to the BBB. I've written a review on every site I can to warn people not to do business with this company.

Miss trash day, makes up excuses, and when u call to talk to them about it, she's very rude, and makes u feel as if it's your problem not there's. I live on a dead end road, and when the snow days are bad, I understand. But, not when my road has been cleared, and they make an excuse that it's not, and you no for a fact that it is. So, then u have to wait a whole week before they come back, with over the amount of garbage now.

I have no problems with Countryside. They pick up trash when scheduled and the office staff has been friendly and efficient.

WORST business and customer service. You will pay your bill in and full but then they will refuse to pick up your trash. Customer service is a joke.

do not give these clowns your hard earned money. they will miss pickups, promise to come back but wont return til the next week acting as if nothing happened. horrible business management. in 4 months they miss pickups 4 times.
