UDI is a freestanding imaging center located on the campus of the University of South Florida. Our experienced Radiologists are licensed to practice medicine in Florida and are Board Certified by the American College of Radiology. UDI Neuroradiologists are senior members of the American Society of Neuroradiology and have Certificates of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Neuroradiology. In addition to fellowship training in Neuroradiology, our physicians have 30 years cumulative experience in Musculoskeletal MRI Imaging, Dr. Greg Carney also served a formal MSK Fellowship. Our highly trained technologists are Registered in Radiography by the ARRT and hold an additional Registry in either CT or MR Imaging. Our Radiaologist staff include John A. Arrington, M.D, F. Silbiger, M.D. UDI is a unique subspecialty, free-standing, diagnostic facility, affiliated with H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and USF College of Medicine. For the past 24 years UDI has specialized in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computerized Tomography (CT) imaging and the physicians and staff have focused on the care of each patient as an individual. This specialization has enabled UDI to providethe Tampa Bay community at large with the most advanced cutting-edge technology, exceptional quality, and highly experienced radiology interpretation, all of which serves ultimately to benefit our patient population. UDI physicians have a "hands on" philosophy than larger, non-specialized physicians. Each fellowship-trained Radiologist is a subspecialist in his chosen field. UDI currently has two state-of-the-art High-Field 1.5 Tesla MRI scanners, one ultra-high field 3.0 Tesla MRI scanner, and an Open MR to provide patients with flexibility, convenience, safety, and comfort. UDI's state-of-the-art 64-slice CT scanner provides extremely fast and safe body imaging with high-resolution imagery in multiple planes. Our facility consistently always strives tp provide the very latest in imaging technology to ensure high quality diagnosis for our patients and their physicians. Neuromusculoskeletal Imaging Associates offer subspecialty teleradiology services from Fellowship trained, experienced Board Certified Radiologists who have advanced and subspecialized training in Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, and Abdominal imaging. All of the Radiologists on staff at UDI offer expert image interpretation and are committed to strong working relationships that include a personal approach to the services provided.
