Very impressed with the customer service. I am a casual rider, and needed something to fit my lifestyle. They have many different brands of bikes and accessories! I will be returning in the future.

Small, but excellent bike shop. Extremely friendly staff with plenty of knowledge. Not a very large selection of road bikes but good selection of off road and cruiser bikes. The repair shop is very good, too. My wife and I have purchased four bikes from them and will probably buy from them again.

I have been into this shop on a number of occasions and I continue to go back for a reason. I go in I'm greeted with a smile, the prices are competitive, and the service is excellent. I will continue to bring all my cycling needs to temple terrace schwinn and we'll continue to recommend this shop to all my friends.

I don't understand why some people have had so many complaints with TTS. Today was my first experience with them and they were very friendly, helpful, and quick to serve my needs. I would recommend them to anyone. After all it is difficult to find people that know what they are talking about when it comes to something mechanical these days. It is also hard to find good, fast and friendly customer service, but I found it here.



I had called one bike repair company, and they were talking about rebuilding everything on this bike, all I needed was an axle and guidance on how to make sure that the wheel was balanced and secure. I didn't need to rebuild or buy a new wheel like the other company was trying to say I needed to do. Just the simple axle and instructions on preciseness would have been sufficient. After all, I am one of those women that are some what mechanically inclined. When someone says what they mean, and means what they say, why do the other people try to convince you that you are not correct. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean that I don't know a little bit of something that a man might know.



I am so glad that I went to TTS. They treated me as if I was someone with a brain, and not just another woman with no knowledge or common sense.

After purchasing two bikes from this dealer, I have yet to have a disappointing visit. Every time I go there, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The shop may not be the biggest in the area, but the experience has always been great. I will continue to do business with this bike shop.

Obviously Bike 3000 wanted something for nothing like most shoddy customers do. This bike shop not only suited my needs surpassed my expectations for quality workmanship. Check their repair prices around town. Best prices and service!

I have been lied to after they dropped the ball several times in a row. The shop might be okay, but how could you deal with a liar? Go anywhere else!
