I used this clown to repair my wife's computer which had lost sound, after getting overcharged for the "repair" we... (More) I used this clown to repair my wife's computer which had lost sound, after getting overcharged for the "repair" we now have a computer that is NOT GENUINE (according to microsoft). This place is NOT advised!

After bring the issue to the attention of the "technician" we were told to bring it somewhere else and that our recovery partition was ERASED (leaving us with no recourse to undo the "repair").

Please note, check this guy out; he has been shut down once before (that I know of) when he had a store front rented at the end of the plaza.....we learned this when we spoke with the codes department in New Port Richey.
