When I called Olin, I didn't know how to turn off the water in the house but Jennifer calmed me down and walked me through finding the water cut-off. Very professional when I was flustered and very appreciated. Derek then came out on that Saturday afternoon to fix the shower and while he was here he even took a look at a few other problems I was having. Anyway, great experience and highly recommend. (Hide)

On a recommendation, I called Olin Plumbing and Derek and Mike... (More) Our house is an older home that we recently purchased after some renovations. The plumbing, although working was giving indications that trouble was certain to arise in the near future. On a recommendation, I called Olin Plumbing and Derek and Mike promptly arrived and addressed the immediate issues but they also took time to investigate and diagnose the real issues of the existing main drain system and were able to show us the multiple causes of where it was failing with their camera system. They presented a workable solution that minimized inconvenience to us and resulted in complete replacement of the drain system from the house to the tie into the municipal sewer system. Although the work required them to dig across the entire yard, they restored the condition of our yard to same (or better) than before starting the project. Prompt, professional and thorough, most highly recommend Olin Plumbing ! (Hide)

Didn't feel confortable with the qoute I got. Called another licensed plumber and got an excellent job done by someone else for about 1/4 the qoute I got from Olin. For your own well being, always get another qoute.
