I have always received poor service at the fowler branch, but it is close to work so I have been several times. Today I was treated so poorly by Yvette. I was insulted, cursed at, and cursed out. It is horrible that a corporate store alliws someone which such poor customer service skills to be in charge of a group. Employees are normally friendly at most metro stores, but not only are they lacking customer service, they also have really limited knowledge on the phones. I was told by store manager Yvette that she was the only person I could talkvto. She made some comment under her breath that I need God's blessung because of my nasty attitude. I never cursed and only asked for a written explanation of her policy. Language specifically states on their plaques and receipts that they honor phone returns within seven days with receipt. I was there within one hour with receipt, still she could provide no answers and only attitude. I really hope management takes a good luck at this store, their lack of customer service and above who they hire into management. Avoid this location at all costs. (Hide)
