As stated in the previous review, the initial customer service is great but as soon as they have your money they are done with you. I was repeatedly lied to about a delivery date. Completely ignored for up to an hour at a time when I visited the shop to get some answers in a face to face meeting with Scott and Steve. It has been over three months since the purchace was made and I still have no product. They refuse to credit my card. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the state attorney general's office. I highly recommend that you do your research and take your business elsewhere. (Hide)

(More) Their initial customer service is great, but if you have any kind of issue don't expect any kind of resolution. Steve (Salesman) will lie to your face and will not own up to any issues. I do not recommend this company and I would advise looking them up on a consumer reporting site. I wished I would have researched this company before I made my purchase. We are going over a month with no product and they have our money. Reported to BBB and sending a demand letter. They really don't care about your business. Once they run your card they are done with you. (Hide)
