Stay far away from this shop. I was promised 2 months to complete an interior on a 66 vette. A deposit of $6500 in cash was given the 1st day. 2 years later I finally had enough lies and bul =. I removed the vette and it is at a competent shop. I hope to get it back in 3 weeks

Had our car way too long. Over 2 months. Battery died today and when we went to replace we discovered a brand we've never used. Ever! Swithed out?? Charged 20% to use a debit card and cable came loose because washer was too large and didn't secure properly. Terrible.

These guys are a joke, I took my center are rest in to be recovered as it had split, I said the stitching needs to be brown to match the seat stitching, when I go there the stitching was black, so after some arguing they agreed to do it, when I got there it was purple, they thought it was funny!!! absolute cowboys, that's how they treat customers, there morons, beware!!!

When it comes to original interior in classic or collectable cars, these guys have no clue what professional work is. They wasted 3 months of my time on a single seat insert for my classic Porsche 930. Instead of ordering the right leather for the job, they tried to cut corners and be cheap by using a much cheaper synthetic leather which of course did not match and the texture wasn't even close. The pattern they sewed into it didn't match either. Nor did the color of the thread. They said they would have it done right and blamed it on Carlos (the worker in the back with a drinking problem, supposedly) and said he wasn't supposed to be working on it. I wonder why? Anyway, I was told that the right material would be ordered and it will be done right within 2 weeks. Week after week after week went by and every time I would call to get a status update no one had any answers. Finally I just walked in 2 months later and walked out with my seat. They have not touched it in 8 weeks and they never got the right material from GAHH either. I guess that's what I get for paying up front in full to a bunch of unprofessional people. It's a shame what a change of ownership/management can do to a reputable shop. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid these people.

Just had my convertible top replaced on my BMW and they did an outstanding job and the cost was cheaper than all the other repair shops. Thank you reeves for the referral and thank you everyone at classic for doing a great job on my car. I will definately refer your place to all my friends. Job well done!!!

Classic Auto Interior's was hired by me to re-upholster my seats in my Chevy Nova. WOW! I am totally pleased with the work they performed. And the cost is really what sold me on hiring them. I am totally pleased in every way.

As a woman I had no idea what I needed to do to restore my husband's old truck. I wanted to surprise him when he came home from his trip and have the truck finished for him, because he had been so busy and unable to find the time. So I took it to Classic Auto Interior's and explained to them what I needed. I told them what my husband's favorite color was, and that's all they needed. They were fantastic, they made everything so easy for me to handle. What a beautiful job. And when my husband came home and saw what Classic Auto Interior's had done.......the look on his face was priceless, I saw a tear of happiness in my husband's eyes when he saw the work Classic Auto Interior's had done. I am very impressed.

I brought our airstream trailer in to Classic Auto Interior's because I wanted to have the whole inside re-done and new carpet installed. My wife and I were planning a trip this fall and my trailer was quite a mess. But I received great customer service and they were quite helpful in explaining my options. And when the job was finished...WOW! I was ready to show it off, These people care about their customers and really know what they are doing. I am sending my buddy there to have his trailer re-done.

I took my truck in to classic auto interior's to have the seats re-upholstered and carpet installed. I was prepared to have to be without my truck for a few weeks. But they totally took me by surprise and the job was complete within a week. These people know what they are doing! and I am very pleased in the work they were able to do on short notice. I hired classic auto interiors to replace the headliner and re-upholster the seats in my 67 Chevy. I received outstanding customer service. I was on a limited time frame as I was having the vehicle done as a birthday gift for my son. Not only did they finish the job ahead of schedule, But the detail in the workmanship really impressed me. I took Porsche 911 into Classic Auto Interiors to have the old leather seats replaced. I never expected things to go so well. I love my car and the seats are now BETTER than original! I am amazed at the skill level. They have my trust and gratitude.

took a 2005 BMW there for a simple 24 hour convertible top replacement. After slicing through hydraulic lines, it took 17 days to get my car back. When I did, there were still fluid residue on my leather interior and the windows did not shut and seal in into the convertible top. Already returned my car once there today for an "adjustment" just to pull out of the lot and find another issue. When I got home, I found broken plastic parts INSIDE my convertible top... which seems odd for a brand new convertible top! Never would I recommend this place to anyone unless you are just looking for cheap faux leopard fur headliners for your 20 yearold Impala!

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I paid $1,200 for them to replace the convertible top on my car and it has NEVER worked properly. When I took it back, they were rude and made me feel like it was just my problem, that I must be doing something wrong. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

I hired Classic Auto Interiors to re-upholster the leather seats in my car thinking it was the best deal for the money. I was told it would take 2 weeks - they had my car for 2 1/2 months and blamed it on the their leather supplier. The first day I had it back, the buttons fell off and I had to go back and have them fix it. The quality of the leather was not what I expected - very, very low quality - feels like vinyl. I will probably take it someplace else when I have the money and have it re-done again. Whenever I called to check on my car, no one had any idea of what was going on, and told me to call back later. Also... every customer who walks in the door is told that they just had a special coupon run in the paper that they only do once per year, and if you give them a deposit, they'll honor that price for today only! I overheard this sales pitch to another customer 2 months after they told me the same thing. The "showroom" is also covered by an inch of dust on everything.

I owned a 1997 BWM Z3 convertible. I had to replace the original canvas in 2007. Unfortunately I went to Classic Auto Interiors Upholstery & Accessories in Tampa, FL to get my replacement. Just 3 years later all of the threads have rotted, the top is falling apart and the back window has fallen in. When I called Classic Auto Interiors Upholstery & Accessories I was told this is normal here in Florida. The original roof lasted 10 years, all of those years were here in Florida. The roof they put on is useless after 3 years.



I brought the car to a shop in Clearwater, FL and asked the shop manager to take a look and give me a price. He asked me if I have the replacement roof put on in Tampa. I told him I had. He asked if it was done by Classic Auto Interiors, I told him it was. I asked him how he knew. He told me that over the years he has seem this type of workmanship from them many times. He also said they use inferior materials, especially the thread used to hold the top together is sub par quality.



I asked him if he could repair the back window, he suggested I don't wasted my money because if he did the repair he would have to take the top off and he was afraid the hold thing would just fall apart. He told me to take it back to Classic Auto Interiors Upholstery & Accessories and see if they would do the right thing. I told him I had already tried that.



The only constructive suggestion I can give Classic Auto Interiors Upholstery & Accessories is give the customer what they pay for, your prices are not cheap but your quality is.
