This was one of my worst experience ever dealing with a contractor. I was a walk in customer looking for information... (More) This was one of my worst experience ever dealing with a contractor. I was a walk in customer looking for information about products and pricing. They were very unprofessional. While I was sitting there waiting patiently for information on products and services instead of waiting on me until I was finished they interrupted me constantly to assist others coming in after me I feel that If they wanted my business they would have been more professional and they were not. I would not like to witness the experience of them installing my fence after paying alot of money for good customer service and quality work I'm afraid that would be a bad choice. Second they showed me that they are not willing to work with you on price they have set rates and there is no room to negotiate I would think that after all the economical changes and work being slow they would want to work with me to earn my business. That was not the case !! You can take your chances with them if you'd like but not me.  (Hide)
