I am disgusted at the way I was treated at Bay Gulf Credit Union. In these tough economic times, I am struggling to... (More) I am disgusted at the way I was treated at Bay Gulf Credit Union. In these tough economic times, I am struggling to pay bills. After banking with Bay Gulf For four in a half years they decided to reposes my car after being two months behind. The interest was already paid off, and I am almost done paying for the car. They used NIGHTHAWK towing to tow my car. So after paying the two months I was behind, I had to pay another $380 to get my car from NIGHTHAWK! What a racket. How could Bay Gulf expect a member of their credit union who is already behind with car payments, afford to pay $380 to a towing company. If you want feel riped off and taken, than Bay Gulf is the way to go. By the way don't expect any compassion from their collections manager. Only a bad attitude!  (Hide)
