I wanted to thank you for contacting me personally so that I could order the Globalstar satellite phone for our parish. My husband, who is an engineer/contractor/surveyor, is fortunate enough to have contacts through his business that can send relief supplies to the devastated area of Washington Parish, particularly Bogalusa, LA. He has been able to provide police officers, government officials, and area residents with the only means of communication to the outside world to ask for help. Without this phone, the people of Washington parish would be suffering, some even dying. We have been able to call in help from the business industry, the Red Cross, and FEMA. FEMA was unaware of the devastation in Washington parish and did not even show up until a call was made using the phone we purchased from you. Now residents of Bogalusa and Washington parish alike are beginning to receive water, ice, food, and the necessary supplies to sustain life that they so desperately needed. (Hide)

I wanted to thank you for the immediate attention you provided us in acquiring satellite phones for our technicians... (More) I wanted to thank you for the immediate attention you provided us in acquiring satellite phones for our technicians as they were dispatched to the hurricane affected areas of Mississippi and Louisiana. Our company had lost service to numerous cellular towers in that area and landline phone coverage was spotty at best. For the first several days the only communication we had with our work crews were the phones you had provided. We found out quickly that by having these units in the technician's hands we could coordinate our restoration efforts much easier and get our network back on the air in a shorter period of time.
I commend you for your help in getting these phones to us on such short notice. I appreciate you being on top of the issues that were presented to you and following up to insure that we had the equipment needed in an emergency situation. Because of your efforts we were able to send our teams into areas that were not only isolated from the outside world but also presented (Hide)
