I am trying to plan my trip, but this particular station never returns my phone call when I leave a message, and never answers the phone when I call. Amtrak customer service told me I needed to call the station directly to get the answers I am looking for. Since I can't get the answers from them despite multiple attempts to reach them. They do not provide the answers I need on their website. Annoyed.

I have used this station several times in last year, friendly staff. Clean facility. However calling at any given time is useless, They never answer the phone no matter what time of day it is. Very frustrating.

TPA answered on second ring. Quick answer re where to park, which I could not find on web site when making reservations.

Why list a phone number that nobody ever answers no matter when you call and how many rings you wait, nobody ever has answered. For an otherwise great station, this is really a problem.
