American Home Shield did not help or honor their home warranty and provide me with a reputable company so I relied on the yellow pages. I came across this company, spoke with Pat, told him of my issue - second day with no air - and he sent two service techs out to my house. They came out an appraised the situation and told me that the entire unit (inside and out) needed to be replaced and that they could have air in the house tonight. I, in a situation that I thought I would never be in, unfamiliar with anything the tech was telling me and uncertain, I signed a contract. $6800 financed by Air National through Wells Fargo (another sorry company) and four months later a city home inspector has been out here twice and failed there job. Each time the inspector comes out someone has to miss a day of work. Three inspector's later it finally passed but the company still takes no fault. They should shut down!!! (Hide)

They have been to my house 8 times in the last 3 months and have still failed to fix the air conditioning. Yes, they did fixes that would last 2 or so weeks but then we'd have to call them back out. Now, we've been waiting 8 days for them to come, they've failed to come for an appt the last 2 days and have lied to both my wife and I about coming and then never showing up. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! (Hide)
