I wish there was a 0 star option. They have been to my house 8 times in the last 3 months and have still failed to fix the air conditioning. They have been to my house 8 times in the last 3 months and have still failed to fix the air conditioning. Yes, they did fixes that would last 2 or so weeks but then we'd have to call them back out. Now, we've been waiting 8 days for them to come, they've failed to come for an appt the last 2 days and have lied to both my wife and I about coming and then never showing up. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!  (Hide)

I would NEVER use this company or refer them. Air National replaced our inside and outside units in the summer of 2007. Their salesman guaranteed $50 to $75 per month savings in electric costs due to the higher seer rating. Our electric bills... (More) I would NEVER use this company or refer them. Air National replaced our inside and outside units in the summer of 2007. Their salesman guaranteed $50 to $75 per month savings in electric costs due to the higher seer rating. Our electric bills actually increased. We had numerous service calls during the first couple months each time finding another small problem with the installation, but the units never seemed to work efficiently and the company management was difficult to work with. Finally after about a year, in frustration, we called another company who immediately found that the multi-speed fan in the air handler was set for a 2-ton unit when ours is a 5-ton unit. Our bills immediately fell (though not by what they had promised) and the house was much more comfortable. The company did not even reply to our request that they at least pay for this additional service.K JonesOdessa, FL  (Hide)

When I came home and discovered my ac was dead they were the only ones who would come out that same evening( 7pm ) the tech was honest, did not tell me anything I didn't already suspect, I knew a new system was the only answer, gave me optionsand... (More) When I came home and discovered my ac was dead they were the only ones who would come out that same evening( 7pm ) the tech was honest, did not tell me anything I didn't already suspect, I knew a new system was the only answer, gave me optionsand settled on what I could afford, had to get the money together, but the tech stayed in touch with me and they returned all phone calls, soon as I was ready they were here the next morning to put in the new system, the guys that came out to install the new system were great. They went over everything with me. Not pushy, they listen to what your needs are in a system and match you with it. I would definitely recommend them.  (Hide)

Did not pull a permit when they did my air conditioning and I got fined by the county. System did not work right. Still waiting for these crooks to complete the job. 4 months now.

Quick to response on service call. But it went down hill from here. They never place the order for my parts. Never came back to repair my A/C. I had to call them three times on the day of the call. I had to call them three times on the day of the call. I got lies every time. I had a other A/C company come in a fix my A/C with in Ten minute. they were at my house the same day, fixed problem with in an hour, very affordable, honest tech, gave lots of options, would recommend to anyone!

Did a bad job, caused water damage under unit and did not repair it, I had problems every time after they came to correct a problem. I gave up and had someone else finish the job, in one visit (they said that Air National obviously didn't know... I gave up and had someone else finish the job, in one visit (they said that Air National obviously didn't know what they were doing) Air Nationl just wanted to sell me new equipment and get as much money from me as possible  (Hide)

Air nationals staff was vey knowledgeable and friendly. They showed up on time unlike any other company I have done business with in the past. The techs that came to the house had covers on thier boots and left my house without a spot. When the job was done they followed up to make sure I was satisfied.  (Hide)
