We had a a/c unit installed last July. Very prompt with instal, however, not honest when it comes to financing. ... (More) We had a a/c unit installed last July. Very prompt with instal, however, not honest when it comes to financing. Have made several calls with no return call, was supposed to have 12 months same as cash, never happened. Not sure that I would reccommend this company to anyone. Once they get your business, they don't care to follow up. Isn't customer service and the finance departments word what makes the company? I guess that they aren't worried about future business or refferals from me. (Hide)

However, it important to know that this company does not value their customers and they do not complete their work. If you start having problems then you are treated as if you are the source of the problem when you may only be trying to get customer satisfaction. Also, make sure you review their disclaimers about liability, keep all records of appointments & services rendered, and document everything diligently before and after service. (Hide)
