(More) I just spoke to this contractor on the phone and they answered my questions directly and honestly. I have called a number of AC companies and this is the first one that was willing to talk to me. They even answered knowing that I was out of their normal service area. What a great customer service. Others wanted to charge me up to $100 for a call to come out and give a price range, they would do nothing over the phone. I am inmpressed with this company. If their service is as great as the office staff, they would have my business. They even told me that if I do not get satisfaction from Service Centers that do business in my area, to call them back and they take care of me. (Hide)
