I received what I was promised. Great interest rate on my loan and really good service. I purchased a new home and my Realtor recommended a mortgage person they new. I called them and left a message to... (More) I purchased a new home and my Realtor recommended a mortgage person they new. I called them and left a message to call me about a loan because I needed to close fast. I never heard back from them for 2 days. I checked around looking for good rates and came across 1st Atlantic. I called them and spoke to someone immediately, received a quote, and set up an appointment to see them that day. The whole process was very smooth and I closed within the 30 days required by my real estate contract and they gave me a very low interest rate compared to my bank. Notably good service experience I needed to refinance out of my adjustable rate mortgage. I called in and got to speak to someone immediatley. The... (More) I needed to refinance out of my adjustable rate mortgage. I called in and got to speak to someone immediatley. The loan guy was very professional and quick to answer all of my questions. I closed on my refinance in 3 weeks with no problems at all. (Hide)
