Trying to get my money moved out of AIG Valic and rolled over into another company required three months of hassles accompanied by extreme rudeness from all personnel. I do not know if they were actually incompetent or simply not being truthful, but neither of those are good things to be. I'd recommend avoiding AIG Valic.
