(More) Bankruptcy is never a pleasant experience, but the wrong attorney can certainly make it worse. None of the loans I wanted to keep were reaffirmed, I was not kept informed of any progress and was only able to speak with my attorney after leaving repeated messages (usually daily for a week or more). I was also told I wouldn't owe any more than I had already paid and then was sent a promissory note that was dated one month prior and already had a payment three days late. None of my concerns were addressed and I finally contacted my trustee directly to resolve my problems. Save yourself the aggravation and choose a different attorney. (Hide)
